Our Story
Founded on what the labor market keeps missing.
Evolve Workforce Solutions was built from direct experience with the gap between hiring and staying hired. Employers across clean energy, construction and industry can find candidates. What they struggle with is preparation, stability and retention — the part of workforce that determines whether a crew makes it to project completion.
Our founding roots are in workforce development and economic mobility: helping people overcome the practical barriers that end careers before they start. We took that discipline and built a commercial operating model around it — recruitment, readiness, placement, support, retention and measurement, backed by technology.
As Illinois and the broader market accelerate the clean-energy transition, that model becomes infrastructure. Projects need local, prepared, retained crews. Evolve is built to supply and support them.

Evolve Workforce Solutions
The commercial, for-profit workforce and project-solutions company. It delivers workforce strategy, retention programming, case management, program development and clean-energy project solutions to employers and project partners.
Evolve Foundation
A separate 501(c)(3) organization focused on workforce development and economic mobility. It is a distinct entity from Evolve Workforce Solutions.
